Support doesnt Support you

Ark Server management is a pain. The Web interface doesnt take the config updates, even if you are in expert mode and happens more often if you upgrade your slots. Since Gen2 , there have been like 5 patches fixing critical issues that even make users get dced or crash, but nitrado applied only one because for them "its not a mayor release..." . So now my server is 4 versions behind and people cant even play.

Despite my low level of English, Antonio Molina was a great help. He showed patience and great efficiency in helping me and reassuring me. Thank you thank you thank you and thank you again to him! He's too strong !!

Terrible servers that can be Ddosed

Terrible servers that can be Ddosed by a potato. But the most frustrating thing is that our customer support tickets are now been ignored when asking for help for the last 9 days.

Servers purchased from Nitrado are easily Ddosed. Currently I have 12 servers with Nitrado. All of which are Ddossed dail, shutting the servers down and rolling the ingame save point back. Now the save filed are corrupt as the servers keep getting attacked and what i was told on the phone before the support hung up was there is nothing that can be done.

We have spend 1000's of dollars on these servers to be told nothing can be done. Thank you for killing our cluster with your terrible customer service and Ddoss protection. We will NOT be purchasing anymore servers from Nitrado... EVER...

Iif I could give this review 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs!

Its not worth the heart ache watching a cluster of 1800 people die and it been allowed by Nitrado. Its obvious Nitrado only care about making money.

SAD... VERY SAD!

Used Nitrado for years

Used Nitrado for years, the support is excellent and my friends and I have played on their server for several thousands of hours. Do recommend. :)

In my experience, the support chat has a wait time of less than five minutes. From clicking the chat button to being back on my Ark server was less than 20 minutes total.

At first, it is easy, but then they ignore you and request you to contact them in ways that they do not respond. There is no answer for the phone, and support tickets will go more than a week without any response, or longer.

Nitrado is 100% a legitimate business. They provide premium servers at a premium price. You get what you pay for.

Well i mean the thousands and thousands of servers they provide kinda holds its own on this question. The situation isint perfect but they do there best
